    Thanks ojm37! I had the same debugging problem after installing SP1 for Vista. I then went to services and started the World Wide Web Publishing Service as suggested. That fixed the problem. I was able to debug in VS2008. I then rebooted to see if the problem would reoccur. It did not. John
