Avoid Ultima Hosts (Review)
So, after digging around and finding no real documentation on how to set up frontpage extensions on my site, I resorted to tech support. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Alistair Allan <alistair@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com> Sent: Sun, 13 Apr 2008 09:45:09 -0500 To: <support@ultimahosts.net> Subject: RE: [21B-0F94801F-E87C] Hosting Issues I have now changed my DNS settings instead of simply using Frame Forwarding, but how exactly will this help

Re: Ultima Hosts Problems
Anyone thinking about signing up to Ultima Hosts DON'T! I signed up for their enterprise account, tried to enable frontpage extensions and found I couldn't. I emailed support, and instead of apologising they merely reply, ' We have updated our site now.', so they have little respect for the terms of a legally binding contract. ps. Has anyone ever dealt with anyone besides 'Mark Schiavetta'? I'm beginning to wonder if he is a 19 year old running Ultima from his parents
