Re: Send data to another page
the simplest way to do it is to add a HyperLink field like this? < asp : HyperLinkField DataNavigateUrlFields ="ID,SR,SM" DataNavigateUrlFormatString ="updateOpportunity.aspx?opportunityId={0}&opportunitySR={1}&opportunitySM={2}" Text ="Select" />

Re: Reportviewer problem:Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms..
Hi, The assembly is installed by ReportViewer.exe, you can download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=8a166cac-758d-45c8-b637-dd7726e61367&displaylang=en For Visual Studio 2005, it is located in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\ReportViewer\ReportViewer.exe
I had the same error initially. The base class includes the field 'ReportViewer1', but its type (Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportViewer) is not compatible with the type of control (Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportViewer).
Initially I got this error: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms, Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies I searched online and found the solution at http://forums.asp.net/t/1227488.aspx According to the solution in the above link, I downloaded reportviewer.exe and copied all dll files to the bin folder. the initial error disappeared but I got this new error: The base class includes the field 'ReportViewer1'

Re: (Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportViewer) is not compatible with the type of control (Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportViewer)
I tried all of the above as well as removing the bin files and .suo file. None of these worked. What did work for me was going to the Solution Explorer -> [Project Name] -> References -> delete the Report viewer reference and readd the correct one.
Thanks. That solved my issue.

Re: how to store credentials with windows authentication in reporting service for subscription
I eventually solved the problem by selecting the options: Credentials stroed securely in the report server and Use as Widnows credentials when connecting to theh data source. And add filter for each user within the MDX query. This way, each user can still see different data pulled from the cubes. I hadn't know I could filter according to each user within MDX query.

Re: Show search results page with latest search resutls - btn click in antoher page
sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner since I was busy solving issues in my own projects. I'm confused and don't know what issue you still have. if the retrieve search button is on userView page, when you click it, it should call the search page and return the search result. if you click the search button on search.aspx page, it should return the results according to the latest search criteria.
