Dynamically populate TreeView with folders list
I am having trouble understanding the TreeView Control. What I want to be able to do is creates a TreeView Control that list folders in one frame and the by selecting a folder from the tree, the second frame displays the contents of the files. The files should then be clickable to launch whatever view, excel, pdf, etc. Thanks,

Auto refresh page after hyperlink is clicked.
I have a web page that when it fires the Page_Load event, it obtains a status of several servers. If I click on a hyperlink to shut down a service and open a new page with the success. How can I refresh the initial page after the hyperlink is clicked? Thanks,

Can I substitute the 'child.aspx' with a URL? Disregard. I answered my own question. Thanks!

I have a simple page and in the Page_Load event, I run this command to obtain a status from another server; protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e) { XPathDocument doc1 = new XPathDocument ( "http://10.50.6.1:8585/api/get_status?password=f9c598aa58bff2a605495709f772775f&application=Safetran%20OCG" ); string state1 = doc1.CreateNavigator().SelectSingleNode( "alwaysup-get-status-response/applications/application/state" ).Value; Label1.Text = state1; } What I am

Re: Having trouble getting my hands around error handling.
Thank you guys. That did the trick. Only other question that I did not think of at the time, is if I have multiple items, can I do the Try/Catch for each item? Thanks,

Re: Get/Post XML results from a single XML Field
Thanks, that worked fine with the excpetion of I missed that the node item was not correct. Here is what it should look like; string state = doc.CreateNavigator().SelectSingleNode( "alwaysup-get-status-response/applications/application/state" ).Value; Thanks for the help.

Re: Get/Post XML results from a single XML Field
The doc.SelectSingleNode item does not exist. With the XPathDocument doc declaration, it has five overloads. None of which are for selecting a specific node entry. Unless I am way off the mark. Thanks,

Get/Post XML results from a single XML Field
I am using a third party Web Service application that I can obtain a status from by navigating to a web address and port and I receive an XML result similar to this; <? xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> - < alwaysup-get-status-response > - < applications > - < application > < name > MyApp </ name > < state > Running </ state > </ application > </ applications > </ alwaysup-get-status-response > I want to take
