  Hi Andy, you can use Panel instead of Pace holder.

  hi kailash, Thank you very much for your quick reply.My both problem solved. One more thing : - When I give any ID to WebPartZone , that is displayed on the top.How to remove this. - How to know that the CatalogZone has the closed WebParts through program in page_load. Thank you again for your help....

  thank you kailash , for pointing out my mistake. My problem is same as the initial post of this thread written by Mr. chopps_srv i.e 1. when i add content to WebPartZone , for every content it is showing the header as Untitled[1],Untitled[2]..... and i want to replace it by my own Text. 2. I need to customerize the WebPart MinimizeVerb,RestoreVerb icon. like igoogle.
