Re: Transport Rules on HMC4.0
The Update resolved the problem. So, it looks like RTM has Problems with resolving nested Groups. Filipp
Why not just upgrade your "RTM-Hubserver" to Ex2007 SP1?
If it just would be that easy... But, yes, looks like we have to do this. But it would be very good to know whether this really is the reason before. Filipp

Re: Transport Rules on HMC4.0
Hi, I recreated the rule and got what one calls "a change in behaviour". While it didn't work at all the last time, now it works on half of our Hub-Servers. We've got a RTM-Hubserver and a SP1 Hubserver. Now, when the Mail passes the SP1-Hub, the disclaimer is appended correct. When it's routed via the RTM-Hub, the disclaimer isn't stamped. I found out, that this had something to do with Group-Nesting: For the Test I created a Security-Group (like the AllUsers@Customer is

Transport Rules on HMC4.0
Hi, we tried to add an Disclaimer today using Hub Transport Rules, like described in http://forums.asp.net/p/1335273/2745942.aspx#2745942 (we only weren't using the AllUsers@... Group, but another Group that was nested in an Distribution List). But the Transport Rule just didn't do anything. We restarted the Transport Service an all Hubs and waited nearly 2 hours. The disclaimer just wasn't added to any mail and we couldn't find any Errormessages in Eventlog. Any help? Something special

Re: HMC 4.5 Hosted Exchange email error
Hi, according to this: http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.exchange.admin/browse_thread/thread/547f30bf00462125/a3d7fb412641a219?lnk=raot in my case it's a known issue in SP1 RU7 (which was installed on the new Hub-Transport but not yet rolled out on the old one). Re: HMC 4.5 Hosted Exchange email error
Hi, I experienced the same Problem in an HMC 4.0-Environment today. Environment was setup some time ago, has 2.000 users, everything's fine. Added a new Hub-Transport-Server, everything's fine. Added this new Hub-Transport as Source-Server for the Internet Mail-Connector -> Mails sent through the new Server showing IMCEAEX-Adresses as Sender addresses. Message-Tracking shows, that Envelope-From ist correct, only Header-From is wrong. So, it's definitely not a case of user-object-/mailbox

Capture aspx-Output on IIS 6.0?
Hi, I've got an aspx-Website/Virutal Directory (Exchange Autodiscover) on IIS 6.0. For Debugging-Purposes, I wan't to see the output which is generated and send to the client. Normally, I'd use a Network Sniffer for this, but this isn't possible, since it's a HTTPS-Connection (and cannot be changed). Is there a way to enable such a logging on IIS (wasn't there something with the web.config?)? I don't want to have Headers, IP-Adresses, Calls..., I want the data that is

Re: "Only one top level element is allowed in an XML doc"
Hi, it really was the hotfix. Altough our setup is not in the "Applies to"-Section and we allready had the dll with the version from the hotfix, installing it brought the solution. Bye Filipp

Re: "Only one top level element is allowed in an XML doc"
Hi, thank you for your reply. Sorry, I forgot to mention this: I allready checked for this Hotfix: The .dll shipped in the Hotfix is the same version of the one installed on our ProvEng. Furthermore we didn't install Win SP2, and the security-patch mentioned in the KB was allready installed long ago. Bye Filipp

Re: "Only one top level element is allowed in an XML doc"
Hi, I took a look around in the MPFAudit-Database. In the ExcuteStep-Table, the last entry is the "Get Properties"-Procedure (from AD Provider Namespace) for all failed Requests. I also tried the MPF Trace View, but I it didn't help me.
