Re: Where do I find asp.net 2.0 hosting?
I think CrystalTech.com is pretty amazing. Great support. Check them out.

Re: reliablesite.net - :( so far not too good
Yep, you must always remember what they expect to get for a few pennies per day for hosting.

Re: DiscountASP vs GoDaddy
My vote is for CrystalTech. They offer very good service. You may also look at HostMySite.com. They are a Gold Certified Provider as well.

Re: I use godaddy for my hosting, but i can't connect remotely with visual web developer
Try CrystalTech - they have developer package and that is what you are looking for. It is hosting package design to test your app. before you move it to real plan. it is only 2.95/m. BTW CT is one of the best host i know and use for years
I second the vote for CrystalTech. They are truly amazing!

Re: Service unavailable hosting
You may have a memory leak in your application causing it to use up memory rapidly. You also may have other problems in your web application as normal application pool recycles do not cause service unavailable messages. You may want to ask if you are in an isolated application pool or sharing a pool with others where someone elses problems can be effecting you..

Re: hosting and domain for asp.net and sql server 2005
We're talking shared web hosting here. Where major concerns are how cheap it is, how much "free" stuff do I get, can I host unlimited sites, do I get unlimited databases and how many terabytes of disk space do I get. Some think $210 per year is expensive for quality hosting. But these same people spend $5 per day on Coffee at Starbucks which is $1825 per year and not care. But want teams of SQL admins, developers, server admins, etc at their call 24/7 with response time within minutes
