I want to generate Pdf on the fly of my views. What is the best way? (I am planning to use iTextSharp. Is it a good idea?). Thank you for your answers. I use Asp.Net Mvc 1.0 & .Net 3.5 SP 1.

Re: Generate Pdf on the fly
Thank you for your answer, but I am looking for a concrete example with Asp.Net MVC 1.0.

Re: Generate Pdf on the fly
I was already there... Could be an answer for someone else. But I am looking for something without the Spark View Engine. Finally, I found this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/779430?sort=newest#sort-top

Asp.Net MVC & Pdf on the fly
I want to provide well formated (and without menus) Pdf versions of my pages . Those Pdf should be generated on the fly and sent directly to the user without being saved on the server. How can I do this simply? (I am planning to use iTextSharp. Is it a good idea?) Thank you. (I am using Asp.Net MVC 1.0, .Net 3.5 SP1)

Re: Download MVC 1 preview 3
The link is dead on: http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2008/05/27/asp-net-mvc-preview-3-release.aspx If you give me your email address, I can send you the ASP.NET MVC Preview 3 setup package (from my archives).

Re: Download MVC 1 preview 3
You are welcome. I have also experienced quite a lot of errors when migrating from a Preview to another one. Fortunately, I always could fix the errors.

Re: Download MVC 1 preview 3
As MVC 1.0 is much more stable and contains more functionalities and less errors, you should better fix your errors and work with 1.0 .

Re: Upgrading From Beta to Rc 1 | Go to View... Add View...
Thank you JeremyS for your answer. The <ProjectTypeGuids> wasn't the same as yours. I replaced it with the one you proposed but it still doesn't work. I have a solution with 2 projects and a test project. Should I post the .csproj files? or .sln? UPDATE: I made a mistake, it works! Thank you JeremyS.

Re: Upgrading From Beta to Rc 1 | Go to View... Add View...
Thank you Jacques for your answer. I use VS 2008 Professional with SP1 under Vista, with .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. All the context menus are affected. I began the project with ASP.NET MVC CTP 1 and I have made all the upgrades. If I run a new MVC RC project, it works but it doesn't in my existing project.

Upgrading From Beta to Rc 1 | Go to View... Add View...
I don't have "Go to View...", "Add View..." in the context menu of the controllers. Why?
