  Hi, I have a webservice in .NET 2.0, from my web service i am calling third party web service. But whenever i am trying to inoke web method of third party web service i am getting an error as "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive". In web.config file i have added this code "<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="6144" executionTimeout="600" />". Also i have incresedconnection-timeout value to 360 seconds in IIS,then

  Hi, I have a webservice in .NET 2.0, from my web service i am calling third party web service. • System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection

  Hi, I have written a web service .Net 1.1, in this i have added web reference of client web service which is in Java. I am trying invoke one web method of that web service, it returns an XML data, but whenever XML data is large i am getting following error System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection. ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host whenever data is less it works properly. Please give me solution

  Hi, We are having 2/3 different webservices on server for different application. each service communicates with external web service. last 3/4 days whenever server tries communicates to external web service it gives an error "Thread was being aborted.~System~ at System.Net.ConnectStream.Read" . i searched on the google but not getting any solution for the same. We are using C# .Net 2.0. can anyone suggest the solution . Thanks in advance Ajay

  Hi, i want to develop an application for multi language. I have read about satellite assembly. using that we can change display(text) of control according to that language. i want to make dynamic app where the data will come from database,also some of the reports where information will come from database. is it possible to make it multi laguage? some of the page are static page which is having only text for that whether i have to create separate pages each language. please give me some guidance.

• Reading & upadting XLS file

  Hi, I want write an application in ASP.net 2.0 in which i want to read xls file & insert records in database & on the basis of validation like invalid id/duplicate record i want to update xls file. for ex. if there are 10 records in xls, out of 10 records 9 records are valid & 1 records is invalid , i will upload 9 records & in the last column of xls i will update failed for 1 record which is having incorrect value. can anyone tell me how to update the record in XLS using .net2.0

  Hi, Thanks for helping me. the site is opening from my server but it's giving problem in server to server request (i.e. from web service to web service) . Also i checked on my server our firewall is not blocking that particular URL. Also we are using any proxy server. please help me
