  Hi Zhi-Qiang Ni! Thank you for your replay. Yes you understand right what i need. Yes, i also found that issue was because of 'mouseover'/'mouseout' inside panel. But i need solution without titel panel, but with 2 options for ContentPanel: 1. when mouse not over the panel - small ( CollapsedSize ) size and some "expand" text or symbol 2. when mouse over panel - big ( ExpandedSize) size and content (links for example). As i understand it is not possible to do it with this

  Probably i have explained it not clear. When i am just catching client events expanded and collapsed and do nothing, panel working correct. But when i am trying to resize div inside panel, panel starting colapsing and expanding ( flashing ) when i am moving mouse inside panel. I have try number of resize javascript variations, but each is causing a flashing...
