  I am looking for a way to open a TIFF and determine what compression it was saved in (LZW, JPEG, none, etc.). Thank you for your time.

  Unfortunately, this forum is the Microsoft ASP.NET AJAX Control Toolkit Forum. You should view Google's or Yahoo's sites for information on those products. (It's kind of like going into a Ford dealer and asking for advice on what Chevy to buy. )

  Just add style="display: none;" to the panel. That corrects it. You want to do this with any control (panel) that is not initially visible (i.e., with HoverMenuExtender, PopupControlExtender, ModalPopupExtender, etc.).

  ScriptManager{}... is the name of a class. It does not refer to the actually scriptmanager on the page. ScriptManager.GetCurrent(Page) refers to the current scriptmanager being used on the page. Basic rule: If you are using AJAX, don't use the ClientScript{} class.

  Two things: When using AJAX, use ScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript() instead of ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(). Try ScriptManager.GetCurrent(Page).SetFocus( control ) .

  Welcome to the forums! However, you should ask a more specific question. Explain what is happening/not happening. And provide a very simple example of your page. We're glad to help, but no one wants to read 150 lines of code looking for a problem.
