Share session between v1.1 and v2.0
I have an application which was written in VS 2003 and runs fine under the 1.1 framework. I however do not want to write any new functionality under the 1.1 framework for it. The application when ported through a web project to VS 2005 and 2.0 doesn't work at all and most the 3rd party control are several versions behind and the functionality and API's changed a lot. So I'm asking for help here, I'd like to be able to write a new project under 2.0 and VS 2005 and call it's pages from the v1.1 application

Re: Infragistics Not Supported in DotNetNuke
very interested in knowing what your infragistics testing turns out, please let us know. I have a few infragistics tools that I would love to work into modules just for ease of use if nothing else. Thanks!

Re: Full time developer needed
I also would be interested in what you have to offer, although I'm not in those areas I am extremely interested in telecommute opportunities if available. I have several large scale web based applications that I would be happy to show you as an example of my work. Thanks, Chris Wollesen

Re: Banner module for DNN with functionality found in phpAds
I too am interested in your progress. Right now I'm using admentor (since it's .net based and MS SQL backend). It's just ad-hoc'd into the portal system and you have to administer it backwardsly, but it does allow me some level of management atleast. The biggest problem with the built in one is that you can't use it outside the portal and really for a robust system you need to be able to do campaigns and extend the system beyond just portal support. I'd be happy to help with the design phase of it

Requested feature
Several times now I have had the need to have a module included on several pages. I know we now have the "existing module" option and there is always the "show on all tabs" options, but everytime I need the functionality I'm looking for a "include on all children tabs" option. Is there any plans to get this into a future release? Or does anyone else think they could use this kind of functionality?

Re: WebCam module - (thanks toddhd)
Nice module works nice except one thing, the number 2 image is always one from your demo site. That and I modified the settings ascx to do 5 - 60 (in 5 second incriments) for the replay and the minimum refresh timers. I think most webcam's work on either a 30 or 60 second interval.

Re: Searching for Game Modules
Flash is ok, but I havea lot of blind visitors and unless it's the newest flash and has had screen reader support built in then it is useless to them. I like games everyone can play. Thanks to the videos on developing modules I hope to be able to do hangman within the next 30 days or so. I'm thinking options would be: phrase or word, flexible hangman graphics (meaning use your own pics, with maybe the option for the player to choose which set they want to use), sometype of general scoringboard (how

Searching for Game Modules
I'm looking for game modules for the "Fun & Games" section of my radio website. I found the number match one and it's pretty cool. I also remember seeing a how-to for hangman and though of porting it over but time isn't on my side right now. Anyone know of any other game modules tha t plug into DNN?

Re: Reason for this limitation (portal size)
I think he's talking about the portal storage textbox in the portal config settings. The other person posting about the upload size I think was talking about the web.config setting. I agree that 3 characters is a little small. I think there are a large portion of hosters offering plans in gig's. For example I have one site, a church, who do uploads of their sermons to the site (granted through ftp, but it still counts in the used space on a resynch) and they get 10Gig hosting through me. Right now

Re: Reading Shoutcast "Now Playing" info...
I have some code to read all the information from the status page and admin logs, but haven't put anything into a module yet. I know it shouldn't be too hard though. Let me know if your interested.
