Re: Keep the Pop Up window Active..
Another quik question: While debugging the modal code ( object .showModalDialog( sURL [ , vArguments ] [ , sFeatures ] ), I have seen that if I make any changes to my Modal Page, those changes wont reflect into my browser if I just refresh the page. I have to close the complete window and start over again to see the changes. Why I m seeing this or Is it normal behavior?

Re: Keep the Pop Up window Active..
No I m not talking about code implemention or any refreshing of page issues thru code. All I m saying that when we modify any asp code, we usually save the file on server and we refresh our browser to see our code changes but when I modify modal asp file and save on server, the changes are there but after restarting the browser. The new code changes doesnt reflect in same window if I just simply refresh it. Again I m just talking about debugging of code bahaviour not refreshing of pages using code

Re: Issues with ASP.NET_SessionId
If you use the sample code I showed, you can see the cookie will be there. Have you tried it?

Re: Issues with ASP.NET_SessionId
Well to have the cookie added, I need Session_Start method in global.asax file . Inside that I need to do following to have the asp.net_sessionid cookie available collection as: Sub Session_Start(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As EventArgs) ' Code that runs when a new session is started ' cookie will be in collection after this "if" If Session.SessionID Is Nothing Then End If ' no cookie will be in collection after this "if" If Session.IsNewSession = True Then End
