  Dear Brother You try this solution....when you create the rpt in vs2003, you have placed some grand total or summary total of field which have non-numeric datatype, like you have placed the max of vendor name field or count of such as formula field which have no formula defined. first remove them and try to create them with different logic.... if you not found then try this trick, drop all summary totals, grand total or group totals and then re-create them in vs 2005, you problem will be solved i
