• How to retrieve values from gridview

  While selecting a particular row in a gridview i want to retrieve those values to a textbox in the next aspx page.In my project i want to display all values in a gridview and after that if i selecting a particular employee i wanted his entire details to be displayed in corresponding textboxes in next aspx page.how can i able to do this.can anybody help me to sort this problem.
