  My web application uses impersonate user account to execute on server. Now I found if I remove the <identity ...> section from web.config, it works well and very fast. I am not sure why the impersonated user in <identity..> can slow down the speed of running Excel process. And what can I do to solve the problem as I should use the impersonate account. Thank you very much.

The detail information of my web application: I have impersonated a domain user in my web site using <identity ../> element in web.config. I have configured the Microsoft Excel application in dcomcnfg. I configured all permission to the impersonate user in security of the property dialog of Microsoft Excel Application.   Hi everyone, I wrote a web application contains some code to export DataSet to Excel. I deployed the web application to a windows 2003 server with office 2003 installed. Everything worked well at the beginning. But later after a day, the following error occurred sometimes. Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80080005. In the system event viewer shows the following DCOM error: The server {00024500-0000

  I am sorry, I can not reproduct your problem. Could you please provide some description in more detail? and can I know which treeview you are using? Microsoft's third part treeview control or the treeview control integrated in the tool box of visual studio? Your more information will help us to focus your problem. Thank you!

  What's the process of your two treeview? Do you have to load data to the first treeview and copy the nodes to the second treeview at one page cycle? Are you populate the first treeview at Page_Load? If it is, you can copy the nodes to the second treeview right after you populate the first treeview. May be I still have somewhere not understand your question, so I would like the detailed process about these two treeview. Thank you.
