Dont know exactly why, but something with the references to all the objects. If one is not updated , ore visual studio thinks it is broken it terminates the loading... But this is only my guess. The workaround works fine, but it has a tendens to happen again, but the i just do it again:) Good luck:)

Thanks for the helt. I tryed to use landscape mode, but that caused to many problems for med with printing. Also the width of my report can expand pretty much(more than landscape) so that wont help me... But i figured out what caused my problems. If i had the matixes to close to each other, and used column groups to disply the data, then they got interlaced. But i moved them further apart, and that fixed my problem. It gave me another though. Couse i hide/unhide everything in the report to the users

Hi. Workaround that worked for me. 1)Add ekstra aspx page 2)Add ReportViewer 3) go to design mode--> klick > in upper right corner and choose Design new report(and after it opens, do not choose datasource , just close the window). (if you get out of range error or something like that, go back to your rdlc and delete all items without a datasource from the report, build and repeat steps) After this the Website data soruce window is back. Using visualt studio 2008 , workes every time for me and

Reportviewer Export to pdf problem Visual studio 2008
I have multiple dynamic matrixes. The problem arrises ONLY when the matrixes expands wider than the pdf page, then the matrixes overlap. Example: Collums in matrix one 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 Collums in matrix two A B C D E F G H I J K K L Becomes in the pdf 1 2 3 4 5 6 A B C D E F 7 8 9 10 11 12 G H I J K L When i want it to display 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 A B C D E F G H I J K L I use matrixes inside rectangles that are visible only if they are selected in the aspx.page before creating the
