Re: Querying SQL Server 2005
I got it to work. Thanks for that extra information about the open table. I am sure at some point I would have wondered why it didn't work. I will know to run a select statement first.

Re: Querying SQL Server 2005
Actually, I got it to include the headers. The post from Mo Meng was correct. You can go to the options and check the option to include headers in the copy. I just had to look a little more. Thanks!

Re: Querying SQL Server 2005
I am hoping that someone responds with a way to include the headers in the clipboard. So far it is looking like a 2008 improvement.

Re: Querying SQL Server 2005
I am able to right click. I can copy and select all. I see the headers, but they are not included when I do the copy / paste to Excel? Is there another step needed to include the headers in the clipboard? I see them in the results, but I can't figure out how to get them into the clipboard.

Querying SQL Server 2005
Is there any easy way to query SQL Server 2005 and put the results in Excel (with column headings) using the new query window?

Re: Convert SQL 2005 Database to SQL 2005 Express Database for ASP.NET Application
Thanks for the tip. Yes, I ended up giving it a try and it looks like it will work. I have to work with the permissions because I setup a SQL Server login account for use with impersonation. Once I get that figured out, I should be good. I don't have it setup for Windows Integration.

Re: Convert SQL 2005 Database to SQL 2005 Express Database for ASP.NET Application
Can I just copy the .mdf and the .ldf files to the App_Data directory of my ASP.NET 2.0 or 3.5 directory? Will my application work if I do that?

Convert SQL 2005 Database to SQL 2005 Express Database for ASP.NET Application
I have a database that was creatd in SQL Server 2005 using SSMS. I would like to use this database in an ASP.NET application using SQL Server 2005 Express. Is there a way I can import or copy or modify this database to work as a SQL Server 2005 Express database? Thanks for any guidance with this.

Re: Copy Boolean.ascx and Paste as Boolean_Insert.ascx
That is some good advice. I will do just that.
