Re: Change mask dynamically client side
Ok but what if I don't want to use an updatepanel? If I use MaskedEdit.set_Mask('newmask'), I see no changes. The AjaxcontrolToolkit dev. team must know which properties get set clientside to make it work, how else do they make it work when it gets changed through serverside (via updatepanel). I find it really disappointing to find out that the clientside library just seems to work when it is used with the updatepanels, but pure clientside invoking of the api is a pain in the .......

Autocomplete flyout holds old position after page scroll
Hi all, Well the subject explains exactly my problem. What I do: Initially I type some text in a textbox, then the flyout (list) appears. Then when it dissapears I scroll the window a bit. Then when I type in the textbox again, the flyout appears again but at its old position. When it happens: This happend after I copied the example code from the ajaxcontroltoolkit. This doesn't happen when I copy it into the master-, contentpage setup of the toolkit sample website. This does happen when I copy

Re: Viewing project properties in large projects causes Visual Studio 2008 to crash
Hi, Is this problem resolved? I read something on the net that this was a problem before SP1 and that it should be fixed with SP1, but I'm still experiencing the problem. @voodoo9055: Did the posting of the bug resolve in a solution? (except the install of SP1? :) )

Re: how to go from one page to another and update the grid on destination page
Hi, Ok I understand what you mean! I have something in mind, but it won't work. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when your DETAIL page gets loaded, it loads in the same window as the MASTER page right? (Or are the DETAILs loaded into a sort of modal popup window?) If it was loaded into a modal, then the both windows are still open. This way you could do the following when the Add button on the DETAIL page is invoked: 1st you add the extra row to the datasource (the datasource used in the MASTER

Re: how to go from one page to another and update the grid on destination page
In my search grid the name of the products are also clickable and will take you to another page where the product details could be viewed.
Hi, What if you first add the row to the Selection-grid (when you click on the name) and then redirect to the detail page? If you go back with history now, the row should be added already! Kind regards, Wim

Re: How to call function to set activetab in javascript
Hi Jay, Is it possible to give me a small working example of what you have, and a small explanation of what you would like to have. I see that you use a Session variable, but do you need that SessionVariable? Because when you use it this means that you have to roundtrip to the server which causes a postback to happen. Well this is what I think . You could remove that postback by using a hiddenField to store your activeTab value. Please let me know exactly what you want, that way I can help you further
