Re: StreamWriter not writing to text file.
That should work. You could try calling sw.Flush to ensure its pushed out, however I thought close also did that. Do you have permission to save in the root? Its probably better to save within the App_Data folder, and set relevant permissions on it.

Re: How to use a repeater control on an EF many-to-many relationship
Stupid answer: Are you sure all your property names are spelt exactly as they are on the entities (including the casing)?

Re: Serialize Interfaces?
Im not sure that makes alot of sense to be honest. An inteface is already serialised it is just a file. Are you refering to an object? Whats the errors? Whats the code look like?

Re: Serialize Interfaces?
Ok I have re-read the question and think I understand what your asking! You cant serialise an IList of objects because when you de-serialise it, it would not know which concrete implementation of IList to create. It should work if you create a new List<Wheels> collection though :).

Re: Error while updating WCF webserivce reference
You havent given us much to go on! You could try: Right clicking on your reference > Configure Service Reference... > Untick the "Reuse types in references assemblies" and ensure the address is correct! After that Right click your service reference and select "Update Service Reference" David

Re: Serialize Interfaces?
http://geekswithblogs.net/SoftwareDoneRight/archive/2008/01/16/how-to-serialize-an-interface-using-the-xmlserializer.aspx
Yuk! It would be better to map the object to a serialisable object if its an issue, rather than doing that!

Re: Web.Config, Machine.Config and GAC
1 - No, not unless you override it in the web.config file 2 - Yes, just copy and paste that section down to the machine config
