Re: Generic handler, images
Ok, Well, There is a handler that is supposed to receive a string (Some sort of id), the handler then calls a dataset that is supposed to return a byte stream (the image), It then returns the image. The problem is, it doesnt shot the image at all.

Re: Can Anyone Help?
yeah man, social networking rocks. what I've tried to user so many different starter kits and a little bit of tweaking and tunning the sql construct and in most cases overhauling the ui to suit me ha helped. Consider 1. Personal website starter kit (this would help you with the individual web corners (say profile) of the members 2. use the blog starter kit to tweak it and ajax enable it for you know windows like effect ....above all, use your imagination

Re: file uploading in vb.net or c#
Ah well, This is the way it worked for me initially, i used a control and the source in the personal website starter kit, (IT COMES WITH visual web developer express edition) and ofcourse its almost the same thing as reading a stream...look up your documentation and try the already made picture upload, but uploading a folder can be a trick I havent gotten around that before. Luck!
