• Classified Kit expected in Asp.Net MVC way...The Right Way.

Kind Attn:- Members as well as Asp.Net MVC team I am looking forward for the current classified staterkit in Asp.Net MVC as a StarterKit Just want to confirm that has any one already progressed in it. Any Idea.. whether the Asp.Net MVC team shall provide us classified Starterkit in MVC. Since DynamicData, MVC and EntityFramework, LINQ is the future and the best way to go... I think, we should no waste our time in discussing/extending old classified Kit, and rather focus more in the right way, which

  • Re: Asp.Net MVC with Classifieds.

Hi, It seems no one works yet. I had posted the same suggestion months back. I'm sure, every one would like to go with the Asp.Net MVC, once we have few current startkits converted to Asp.Net MVC, once it reaches the *BETA* stage. Wishing Asp.Net MVC team a faster progress in converting the kits to Asp.Net MVC way.

  • Re: MVC needs an iBuySpy

Hi Rob, It would be nice to have current starter kits converted to Asp.Net MVC with SubSonic and LinqtoSql options. This would be the *ONLY* best way to learn MVC in a right way, and take full advantage. I am also looking forward to convert them to Dynamic Languages in future. Cheers!

  • Re: Unusual Questions about ActiveRecord, Migrations and Scaffolding in Asp.Net MVC
(4) ASP.NET MVC is better for you if you're into the Microsoft platform, have experience with ASP.NET, want to code in C#/VB.NET, and deploy to IIS/SQL Server. If you prefer Ruby and MySQL then you should probably choose RoR instead.
Hey Steve, It seems you have missed reading the first line itself. What Paggy means to say is... He wants to use IronRuby and take advantages that comes along with it. Since IronRuby is a straight port of Ruby into

  • Are Windows Hosting Rates Killing Us Rapidly

Hi, I Just read this blog and found it to be very informative. I do agree that Window Hosting Companies are charging more when compared to others. http://ironruby.blogspot.com/2008/03/windows-hosting-rates-are-killing.html It was very sad to know that a potential C# developer moved away from Windows Hosting to survive. It was also informative to note that since with web 2.0 trend, Blogs, Forums, CMS Etc are common and a web developer / student always needs enough space to start with. If the rates
