• Unable to compile App_GlobalResources for localization

  I got two resource files in the App_GlobalResource - Lookup.resx - Lookup.ru.resx However when I try to run the app I got the following error CS0101: The namespace 'Resources' already contains a definition for 'Lookup' I had tried to remove code from Lookup.ru.designer.cs but still get the same error. Environment: VS.NET 2008 SP1 ASP.NET Web Application against .NET 2.0 Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

  Normally I would wrap this expression into protected string MethodName(x,x){} then use <%# MethodName(Eval("Field_name"), Eval("Field_name1")) %> if you found a better solution let share it.

• ModalPopup, LinkButton server side script event not fire

  I have a LinkButton1 and ModalPopup1 in my page the ModalPopup TargetControlID="LinkButton1" PopupControlID="Panel1" Everything seem to work fine, now I want to load different data each time I click on the LinkButton1. That mean new content will be load into Panel1 before ModalPopup get display. Anyone know how to make LinkButton1_Click(..) event fire before ModalPopup get display?

  I don't think this is the solution to the problem that we have. I find that all Ajax rely on manual configuration - in this case the target control is render by ItemTemplate of the DataGridView it a bit tricky. Any sample code?

  I have load data and show it in DataGridView control. What can I do to archieve the following criteria: When user click on a specific cell - it will bring up detail records in modalPopup extender control?
