• Question: UpdatePanel and TwoWay binding

  I have a FormView control and UpdatePanel inside EditItemTemplate. It seams like ControlBuilder doesn’t generate ExtractValues for controls that are in UpdatePanel and in result their values doesn’t get updated. I wonder if this behavior is by design or it is bug? Thanks!

  I thing that this is related to " “ MicrosoftAjaxWebForms.js ” not loaded when no update panels are registerd for rendering. add < Scripts > < asp : ScriptReference Assembly ="System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" Name ="MicrosoftAjaxWebForms.js" /> </ Scripts > to the ScriptManager Control Kind regards, Ivan

• Issue with UpdateProgress on ASP.NET AJAX Extensions RC

  I have the following scenario: Master Page with ScriptManager and UpdateProgress and child pages containing or not containing UpdatePanels. With RC loading child page without UpdatePanel throws Sys.ArguementUndefinedException: value canot be undefined. ParameterName: type. I've discoverd that “ MicrosoftAjaxWebForms.js ” is loaded only when there are registered UpdatePanels which breaks my existing scenario L May be UpdateProgress control should require “ MicrosoftAjaxWebForms.js ” or ScriptManager

  Approximately when we should expect fix for this issue? I've spent two days of changing our stuff from latest CTP to Beta 1 just to realize that it won't work :( Thanks
