  Hi, As far as the class generators go, there are quite a few going around, but my favourite right now is CodeSmith which you can get for free at http://www.ericjsmith.net/codesmith/. Scott McCullough has some CodeSmith templates for DotNetNuke here http://lucaslabs.net/blogs/mccullochs/archive/2004/02/15/487.aspx. For the DNN file association with Vs.net. Right click the file in the solution view, choose Open With, select one of the xml editors and then Set as Default. Then everytime you open a dnn

  Hi, Yes, it's very possible to get errors if you have an objectQualifier set in the web.config. I've found that a lot of developers are not testing their installations with different objectQualifiers or databaseOwners. I would stongly suggest that anyone developing a DNN module, should create a test environment with an objectQualifier such as "DNN_" and test their install there before releasing it. It looks as though the DNN 3 install will use a default objectQualifer of "DNN_"

  Hi, It sounds as though the DataProvider class is specified more than once under the namespace VisualData.VD_DocumentControl. It could be a collision with a 2nd assembly in the bin directory that is using the same namespace and class.

  Yeah, if you want to use ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings("strconnstrSP") you would need to Import System.Configuration first.
