  Same problem for me. i had 3 references to 3 different web services, but only one worked. So I checked in the settings.settings file, and saw that only one of the web services had a entry there, and it was the one file that worked. So i added the following for both references: Name: DataAccess_ReportingServicesDWHReport_ReportingService Type: Web Service URL Scope: Application Value: http://ReportServer/ReportServer/ReportService.asmx And it worked.
