• Can we customise a Validation Message?

  hi, so i viewed the screen cast - and watched as a property name had it's public name altered via an attribute - so far so good. However, when the validation message appears for some broken rule, the message still refers to the original name. Can we hook in somehow and customise the validation messages to correct this? cheers, John

• AdventureWorks Database - error updating an existing row.

  To reproduce thsi simple install the Aventure works database, run blinq, go to 'ScrapReasons table, edit row 7, update....kabam! Any ideas??? Guess some testing needed against other databases (besides Northwind) ? Row not found or changed. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. • StaticMethods.cs

  I may be missing somethinh here - using VS2005, SQL Server Express 2005 May LINQ CTP. Ran the blinq.exe and created the files ok When I loaded up the Web Site and tried to compile, I received 27 compile time errors (exactly the same excpet of the name of the parameter): ERROR: "The parameter name 'xxx_Id' is a duplicate C:\blinqtest\App_Code\StaticMethods.cs 110 124 C:\blinqtest\" Any clues? Thanks John
