  smiling4ever: You should be patient Andrew, any hosting company can have a downtime but as long as Ultima is working to fix the issue then you should be patient. I think it's a little unrealistic to ask us to be patient when our website, email, and CRM systems were having problems for almost 5 days. Clearly a QA process must be used in future to ensure that customers are not exposed to problem software... this is not difficult just time consuming (as a company we manufacture computer software

  Enroth: Andrew_Rinaldi: we talked to mark continuously, and had people working during the weekend to try and get our systems running again. I don't care whether the problem was Plesk... I do care that it took us offline for almost 5 days (the first time we've been offline for any significant period during the last 9 years) I'm a competitor of Ultima Host, but I should say 5 days of downtime in 9 years = 99.85% uptime. And it is great!!! You should stick to Ultima in this case. you are mistaken in

  personally, I think the biggest issue is that the disaster recovery procedure took 5 days to get us working again

• Ultima Hosts Problems

  We have had horrendous problems with Ultima Hosts during the last few days. Has anyone else been experiencing problems ?
