Can't add a CommandField to a DataGrid
Hello everybody, I'm creating a WebCustomControl which has a GridView in it; I want to add a Select field to the GridView, but when adding it I get this error: Argument '1': cannot convert from 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.CommandField' to 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.DataGridColumn' This is my code: DataGrid _DataGridItems = new DataGrid(); _DataGridItems.ID = this .ID + ".DataGridItems" ; CommandField selectField = new CommandField(); selectField.HeaderText = "Select"

Remote Applications
Hello there :) In our company we have a project (Web Application) which we want more than one developer to work with, so we decided to put the project on the server and make the developers open it remotely. The problem we're facing is that no one is able to build and/or run the application remotely. What is the reason for that? and how can we solve it?

Re: how to save and retrieve multilingual data from xml
I solved the problem by encoding the file in UTF-8 instead of ANSI :)

Thsnk you for your reply, I've already done this, I've put a link to it thre or four replies above, it is ( Validation ) . But this page is a test page and it's not the page I'm designing !

Re: A huge difference in viewing a page between Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox !
mpcabd: yesterday I was trying the Commerce web starterkit and the same thing happend in firefox, the left panel's size wasn't the same in Visual Studio or in Internet Explorer. Sorry for this mess, I meant that the left-panel's size in Firefox was not the size I set in Visual Studio, but in the Internet Explorer it was the same !

Re: A huge difference in viewing a page between Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox !
Yes, I think I do. If you have these two brwsers you can see the difference between them by trying this page ( Validation ) , this is the page I told you about in the first post, and yesterday I was trying the Commerce web starterkit and the same thing happend in firefox, the left panel's size wasn't the same in Visual Studio or in Internet Explorer. I just can't figure out how I can stop this thing !
