  How to get hidden field value(modified on client side) when user clicks on Broswer Refresh. I have a web form with 4 sections which are visible one at a time as per user selection. This sections are anchors and set visible through JQuery. I store id of visible section in hidden field. Now when Page loads by default section 1 is visible. Now user selects 2nd section(No Post back happens) I store value in hidden field. User clicks on browser refresh. In this case I would like to set section 2 visible

  I am getting following error while testing Drag and drop functionality in webpage. Assembly 'Microsoft.Web.Preview, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' does not contain a Web resource with name 'PreviewScript.js'. I am using vs 2005. I installed ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Futures January CTP and added reference to Microsoft.Web.Preview.dll. File is located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft ASP.NET\ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions\v1.0.61025\Microsoft.Web.Preview.dll

  I was testing webservice for performance. I updated machine.config with settings suggested on msdn website as follows. I started multiple instances of test app that was calling webmethod from 2 machines. This application will make 50 concurrent calls to webmethod. Whenever I started more than 5 instances I got 'Underlying connection closed' transport error on those additional instances. How to debug this issue. • How to cancel Asynchronous WebService Call

  I need to cancel Asynchronous WebService Calls from current page, when user clicks on another item on menu. Examples on ajax aps.net website use asp button controls to cancel the existing requests. I have html link as menu item, that calls Javascript function which makes 'webservice method calls'.   Http 1.1 limitation that client cannot have more than 2 simultaneous connection to single domain ......dose it apply to machine(ip address) or browser instance and for that matter webrequest(.net class) instance we create while makeing request programatically
