  gsaf- It's set up so that the anonymous user does not have write permissions. This can be updated using the 'Permissions' icon in the 'File Manager' located in the Hosting Control Center under 'Content'. It really has nothing to do with medium trust. The best way to answer what is not allowed, is to find out exactly what you are trying to accomplish and I'd be happy to provide you with more detail.
