  H i developed one small website using asp.net1.1.Funtionality of the application is to fetch data from database and provide it in excel file to users.Data will be minimum 20000 to 30000 records.Frequently i am getting error as "Server Application Unavailable".If i do iisreset then the application will start working.I had only one application running in that server.If found the below application log in event viewer It has taken too long to refresh the W3SVC counters, the stale counters are
