AutoComplete Extender: Not able to get the contextKey when i assign it using javascript

I am assigning the contextKey using the following javascript var autoCompID= $find('ACTxtBox'); autoCompID.set_contextKey(control.value) ; But my webmethod always has the value for contextKey parameter as Nothing <WebMethod()> _ <System.Web.Script.Services.ScriptMethod()> _ Public Function GetAirlineList( ByVal prefixText As String , ByVal count As Integer , ByVal contextKey As String ) As String () Can anyone advise please that what is going wrong here? Thanks, Thats true, but i dont want to develop a new website, but i want to configure/test an existing website developed in .net 2.0 with .net 3.5. Using the dynamic compilation and configuration for .net 3.5 i think it should work without need of an IDE.

i am using vs2005 and not 2008. Is it mandatory to use vs2008, i only want to test the website that how does it work with 3.5 and ajax with 3.5.

How do i configure asp.net 3.5?

Hi, I have windows vista with IIS 6.0 sp1. I recently installed asp.net 3.5 but i dont see any option for my website to use asp.net 3.5 instead of 2.0. Is there any special configuration? Any step by step instructions to get it going? I actually need to use latest version of ajax that is bundled with .net framework 3.5 Thanks for help.

i assume by defaults you mean the styles that are applied to elements when you dont specify a class for them. They must be defined in your .css file that is being applied. It might be included in your page using the following <link rel="stylesheet" href="path to css class" type="text/css" /> open the cssclass and check for the element names like a, input, h1, p. how are you making the grid invisible? try applying the following cssclass like CssClass="hide" and dont make it visible =false. .hide { display:none; } to your previous question, the condition is important because it only let the code execute when the data row is being processed. there are other types of rows, like header row and footer row.
