Re: Error: "MaintainScrollPostition is not supported on pages with partial rendering turned on."
Only if every control on the page utilizes partial postbacks. If there are some ATLAS areas and some normal, unrelated controls, then it is possible that it could be useful.

Error: "MaintainScrollPostition is not supported on pages with partial rendering turned on."
I was just playing with the @Page tag for one of my pages, and discovered that the phrase MaintainScrollPositionOnPostback ="true" causes ATLAS to break (runtime error: MaintainScrollPostition is not supported on pages with partial rendering turned on). I can see how partial postbacks could cause problems with this function, but not insurmountable ones. Any idea if this functionality will be available in conjunction with ATLAS in the future?

Re: Version of Atlas CTP
Yea, find the DLL in windows explorer and look at it's "version" tag (right click, properties, version). June is: 2.0.50727.60626 July is: 2.0.50727.60725

Re: Magically Disappearing Div Tags
Ahh, thanks Garbin. I guess I have only done the serverside ATLAS stuff so far. Can anyone point me to a decent tutorial on writing clientside scripts that play nice with ATLAS? I mean, if I have to place my sliders inside a UpdatePanel, is there anything I can do to make it work? I guess I will write custom events (or properties) for their ASP.NET Web Control wrappers that I can use as a trigger for the update panels if they are outside. Seems like a pain to register each one of them individually

Re: Atlas not working with external JS files
vindicator: Particularly since it's seeming to work now for me. So... what was the fix? Installing the July CTP?

Magically Disappearing Div Tags
So I constructed some sliders using the Yahoo UI toolkit, and just popped them into an ATLAS page. When they are inside update panels, they disappear after the first partial-postback. If they are outside the update panel, they seem to continue existing just fine. I guess that means they are using something about the full page initialization process to rebuild. Anyone have any theoretical ideas what could be causing this? I'll post a few followups as I debug...

Re: Bug: scriptmanager with EnablePartialRendering="true" breaks composite control with dropdownlistbox
This is also a known bug in the June CTP: http://forums.asp.net/thread/1335914.aspx (with the broken til refresh thing).

Re: Firefox problem with Atlas June CTP - Extenders do not work after async post back
steve harman: All, I think that I'm seeing a similar issue, though not specifically with *Extenders, but rather with all async calls. To be exact, the problem occurs AFTER the first async call made from a page. I think the issue is a javaScript bug in this CTP - see my thread here for more details and how to reproduce/discover the issue. Also, please let me know if you find your issues to have the same root cause so we can push for/find a fix. Thanks! I'd like to report that I experience this problem

Re: BUG #12
AHA! I found this issue, it was reported as an toolkit/extension issue here . I'll post there to point out that it is a WebParts issue too.
