Re: Problem with Split View and Content Pages
I found the solution. It was caused by my Microsoft wireless mouse / keyboard combo. I actually found this out from researching another issue I was having in VS 2008 with some of my toolbar items not being enabled when they should be. A blog I found reported that the solution to that problem was to use a wired mouse / keyboard, and the toolbar items will be enabled. I didn't believe it at first, but after a few days of trying everything else, I gave in. IT WORKED!!! A few days later, I switched

Problem with Split View and Content Pages
I am trying to use the new split view feature in VS 2008. When I open a content page with split view, it won't highlight the HTML that corresponds with the object I click on in the design window. It works fine with my master page. I can click on the HTML, and it will highlight the object in the design window, but not the other way around, which is really the benefit of split view I am looking for. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Re: ListSearchExtender AutoPostback not firing
This was my problem as well. I just downloaded Ajax from the asp.net website. The default download link points you to version 1.0.10301.0. Maybe I'm blind or dense, but I did not see any options for a newer version until I found the previous post. Perhaps if someone from asp.net is monitoring this forum, they could get that link updated to point to the most recent version. Just a thought.

Re: ListSearchExtender AutoPostback not firing
Thank you for the post. This code does work. However, when I implemented it on my page, the postback now makes the entire page refresh, overriding the updatepanel control, which is the original reason I started using Ajax in the first place, to make a client style web application. Please don't take this as a criticism. I just wanted to post the results I had using this solution, possibly saving someone else a few minutes if they don't want this behavior.

Re: Data not showing in ReportViewer but will display when exported
I am having the same issue. It was working fine using Atlas. I switched my project to Ajax, and now it's broke. My ReportViewer is inside an UpdatePanel. I removed the updatepanel tags, and I now get an Error " Execution '' cannot be found".

Re: VS2005 error BC30451: Name '<control>' is not declared. build error, but no errors
Thanks for the reply. Once again it was a similar issue. Two of my aspx pages were pointing to the same aspx.vb code behind page. Once I set the page directives to point to their correct code behind pages, everything now works. Thanks again!

Re: VS2005 error BC30451: Name '<control>' is not declared. build error, but no errors
My problem is very similar. When I build my site, I am getting the same error for two of my ImageButtons, but only in the Output window, not in the Error List. I can view the page in a browser with no problems, but I can't build the site. Have you found a solution to this yet?

Re: SqlDbType.Decimal
Thanks. That fixed it. I got confused on precision / scale. Once I set the scale, my decimals were no longer rounding.

Re: SqlDbType.Decimal
I'm having this same issue using sql 2005 and asp.net (using visual studio 2005). Has anyone come up with a solution? I have tried setting the size and precision in my sqlParameter, but still have the same outcome.
