  Had the same problem here, over and over, no matter what/when I downloaded the AtlasSetup.msi file it was always corrupt. I was able to get around by doing the following: Instead of "saving" the download the my desktop and then running the .MSI file, I just "opened" the file using IE. Not sure why it worked, but it worked!
