  i solved it read this first Perfectly uninstall the previous version of Atlas (06 Jan/06 March) second Clean the registry (ex. use registry cleaning program) finally Attempt to install again

  Solved it!! first Perfectly uninstall the previous version(06 Jan or 06 March) ex) remove that and start registry cleanning program (if u feel worry about that please reboot ur computer) Second Attempt again!
