not really a solution but reinstalling (or repairing) did the trick...

Any Test Project Results in "Object reference not set" / Macro Problem
Hiya all, this is really weird so bear with me while I try to explain it. Basically, I create a new test project and I type: [TestMethod] public void TestMethod1() { Assert.AreEqual(1, 1); } and I place a breakpoint on the "Assert". So, when running this test obviously it results in "all tests passed". However, when I debug this test this results in an error saying: Failed to queue test run 'user@computername 2007-12-19 22:06:27': Object reference not set to an instance

Re: Silverlight / VS2008 / Futures problem (System.Web.Preview.dll)
So I've looked at the quick starts and watched a video explaining on howto use VS2008 to create a Silverlight project. Yet, the only thing they talk about is a Silverlight Javascript application. Basically, all I want to do is: - Create a new website (futures maybe); - Be able to add new xaml files with csharp code behind. When I create a futures website I'm only able to create jscript xaml files. When I create a Silverlight project, de page.xaml does get a csharp code behind file but now

Re: Silverlight / VS2008 / Futures problem (System.Web.Preview.dll)
Exactly, after your suggested fix I get the same thing. Now, I would like to end up with a Page.xaml and a Page.xaml.cs (csharp) instead of Jscript. I see that the actual item is called "Silverlight JScript Page" but Im wondering if its possible to end up with the c# files instead of the jscript files.

Re: Silverlight / VS2008 / Futures problem (System.Web.Preview.dll)
okay, I was cheering to early. You're partialy right, the error is gone but now de xaml files are created as jscript files by default. It doesnt matter which language I choose (either c# or visual basic). Any more thoughts?

Silverlight / VS2008 / Futures problem (System.Web.Preview.dll)
Hiya all, I have a problem using Silverlight in Visual Studio 2008 (beta 2). I've downloaded the 1.1 alpha release of Silverlight, the latest Futures release and Im trying to embed a silverlight movie in a page. Now, the futures release is installed correctly, I have new menu items which allow me to create an "asp.net futures website". After doing that, I right click that newly created website and choose to add a new item. First I choose the 'Silverlight JScript Page' item and

Re: Languages in Visual Studio 2005
Hi Benson, the links you posted indeed describe the "problem" very well. However, none of the issues raised in those articles are actually resolved. Well, purchasing an english version of Vista or installing (and purchasing) Ultimate since it supports multi-language are presented as solutions, but as a poster said: Spending 200 euro's just for changing the language seems a bit overdone. Thanks for your help so far, Ill dig in some more. If you come across more links or other hints please

Re: TinyMCE / Ajax Postback Problem
Hi Raymond, You're right, that probably would have fixed it too. Right now I'm opening up the edit panel in a newwindow. Its a workaround but hey, it works. Maybe it'll be fixed in either the next version of TinyMCE or the updatepanel! cheers!
