Re: Update pannel error
I ran into this too. When you're updating an old app don't forget to change your web.config. You should have this in there: < pages > < controls > < add tagPrefix= "asp" namespace= "Microsoft.Web.UI" assembly= "Microsoft.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" /> < add tagPrefix= "asp" namespace= "Microsoft.Web.UI.Controls" assembly= "Microsoft.Web.Extensions, Version

Re: Help "Unknown Error" Issue With July CTP...
preishuber: perhaps my blog can point you to the right direction http://weblogs.asp.net/hpreishuber/archive/2006/08/23/ATLAS_3A00_-unknown-error-popup-issue.aspx This solution worked for me! My page directive now looks like the following... <% @ Page Language ="C#" Trace ="false" AutoEventWireup ="true" Inherits ="_Default" Codebehind ="Default.aspx.cs" ValidateRequest ="false" %>

Re: UpdatePanel Mode="Conditional" ?
Is there any way to make it so that a control within the updatepanel causing the postback does not cause that updatepanel to refresh? I only want for the updatepanel's triggers to cause that updatepanel to update. Thanks, Eric

Re: Problem with scrolling div inside of an update panel
Anybody have any ideas? I have not yet come up with a solution. Is this a bug in Atlas?

Failed to map the path error during compilation
I am using a Web Deployment Project to deploy a ASP.NET 2 Web Application Project and during the build I get the following error which fails the build: "/project.csproj/App_Master/default.master(11): error ASPPARSE: Failed to map the path '/path/header.inc'." The .inc files are being included in aspx pages in the following way: <!--#include virtual="/path/header.inc"--> The file is located in the "path" virtual directory which is a completely different directory than my asp.net site. Any ideas

Re: Problem with scrolling div inside of an update panel
pack27: < asp : LinkButton runat ="server" ID ="cmdSelect" OnClientClick ="OpenForm(document.all.MyManageForm)" SkinID ="GridRowHyperLink" CommandName ="Select" Text =' <%# Eval("CategoryName")%> '></ asp : LinkButton > It looks like you are handling the OnClientClick event whereas I am handling the OnCommand event from the LinkButton because I need to do some server side processing. Are you doing all handling of that LinkButton on the client side?

Problem with scrolling div inside of an update panel
I have a div that contains a data grid inside of an UpdatePanel. The div has the style overflow:scroll applied to it. The problem occurs when I scroll down in the div, everytime a LinkButton that is in each row of the datagrid is clicked the div is scrolled back to the top and loses its place. I'm guessing that atlas is refreshing the content in this div, however, it does not need to be refreshed. Is there any way to exclude the content from being refreshed or some other workaround? Thanks, Eric

Re: What is the update on Atlas and going live
ScottGu wrote: The bits are final release quality - which is important to keep in mind (note: this is basically true of any Ajax framework). But the license does not allow you to go live. The license does not allow you to go live? What does the license allow for? Can we deploy it in non-commercial sites?
