• Integrate other ASP.NET application with DNN - suggestion?

  Hi all, Are there any opinions on how I should integrate DNN with 3rd party ASP.NET application i.e LGX Report - www.logixml.com . This application does not has user control (ascx file) I would like to control user access from accesing variaties of reports in LGX by using Security Roles in DNN. Thanks! G

  Thanks Monolisa. I've tried your suggestion, but still getting the error. Currently, I am using SQL Server Developer version, will that be any issues on this? FYI, I managed to execute the update query from Query Analyzer successfully... so I suspect it may be due to ADO.NET Thanks, Goboxe

• Timeout issue when try to UPDATE record on large database

  Hello, I having a problem gettint timeout error when tried to update a field in a table using ExecuteNonQuery. I got this error after inserting more than 1 million records to the table. The query works fine before when the number of records not big (100K is still okay) Is there any known limitation using ExecuteNonQuery with very large records? Thanks, Goboxe

  I also got similar errors as above - found in Log Viewer. In my case, the module if works fine if I am using the standard DataGrid. I got errors when try to replace the DataGrid with Infragistics WebGrid control. Are there any considerations or compatibility issues with third party controls? Cheers, Hadzramin
