  • Re: Godaddy

I'd be happy to test it out if you like! =) GoDaddy might like to see it too - maybe they'd buy it from you just to get rid of all the "why can't I do this" calls.... Thx. Bill

  • Re: Godaddy

I don't know that GoDaddy allows access to the web site admin tool. They imply that you have to manually edit user records to put them in the admin group. If you find out differently, please post how to access it. HTH.

  • How are you formatting Freetextbox?

Hello, I'm using the free version of www.freetextbox.com for a community site I'm developing for my neighborhood and was wondering how to set the visual attributes (background color, toolbar background colors etc...). I see this site uses the control exclusively and was hoping someone would be able to give me some examples. The www.freetextbox.com site FAQ and forums are not much help in this matter. Thanks. Bill

  • Create a non-asp web project with VWD?

Hello, I'd like to create a set of HTML documents (not a website, just some documentation for a project) and be able to "view in a browser" from VWD. Seems like VWD wants a full ASP.NET style project structure since it's blowing up without a database or web.config etc. etc.... Suggestions? Thanks. Bill
  • Re: Why can't Document Outline scroll down?

I'm running into the same issue... Sometimes it will scroll, othertimes not. Haven't found a pattern yet. Kind of irritating, but, what do we expect for free! =)
  • MDF file on network share and Trace 1807

Hello, I'm new to VWD and SSX 2005 and ran into the issue where an error is thrown when you try to connect to a SSX MDF file located on a network share. I found the Trace 1807 suggestion and have it active in the SSX server, but VWD still has a problem creating a connection to the file. Any suggestions? Also, how does one search a particular forum? the "Find" textbox at the top of each page just has"ASP.NET Forums" as an option. Thanks. Bill
