• TOP Distinct?

  I have the following table (tbl_blog): blogID blogUser blogHeadline blogText Three people write these blogs, and I want to pull the latest of those four fields from distinct blogUsers. For example, if Jack, Mary and Tom each have 12 blog posts, I only want the top 1 from each of those three people. However, there may be more than three blogUsers and I may not know their names (actually GUID values). Thanks

  I'm using a cpe control to show/hide accessibility information on a page. Using a label control, I can indicate the accesskey to the user by using a span to underline the "A" in Accessibility, for example. However, once the panel is "re-collapsed," it uses the "collapsed text" attribute of the cpe which does not allow using a span tag to visually indicate the access key. Beyond using an image, is there any other method one could use to indicate the accesskey for

  Is there any way to retrieve partial contents of a database column? For example, say a column holds 5,000 characters, but I only wish to retrieve the first 50. Thanks

  I finally said to heck with it and changed the original code to use a dataset...works great, and I try...catch for lack of myDataSet.Tables(0).Rows(0)("articleHeadline").ToString() for the transfer. Thanks for the replies. :-)
