Hi Andrew, To the best of my knowledge, no customer of ours has done a similar implementation so far. I think it would be a great addition to the control! Best, Vassil

  • Re: MCSD Certification

To friendlycoder: Exactly, that's what I meant. One of the other folks here recommends that you take the Winforms exam first and this is also not a bad idea as it is perhaps the easiest of all 5 exams. I suggested that you start with Webforms as you have experience in this area and it may be easier for you to tie your experience to the material in the book.

  • Re: MCSD Certification

I can't give you a good answer because I don't know how much experience you have. In any case, if you have a few years of programming experience even if you have not worked with say Winforms you could adequately prepare for the exam in 2-3 months. My advice: 1. Get the MS prep books for the 4 core exams: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0735619255/qid=1132140635/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl14/103-5882652-2187858?v=glance&s=books&n=507846 2. Buy the MS book for SQL Server Take

Yep. The SQL Server exam seems to be the toughest. About 1/3 of the MCSDs in our company didn't pass it on the first run. You shouldn't have a hard time passing the other 4 exams.

  • forums search improvements

    1. the search engine does not return all entries for a given keyword (how often are posts indexed?) 2. the detailed search does not really give you a lot of extra options 3. you cannot sort the results in any way (how to do you determine the order in which the results should be displayed- by relevance, laest post, etc?) It would be great if you could address these issues in the next update of the site
