Re: Creating/modifying multilingual websites using VB
jamlew, I downloaded this C# example (for Access DB) and tried to convert the C# code to VB. http://www.leftslipper.com/ShowFaq.aspx?FaqId=9 There was no indication of any problems with the conversion of the three CS files. But when I tried to open the website in VS 2005 I got compile errors.

Re: Creating/modifying multilingual websites using VB
Yes, I did look at that video and it was helpful. But I should have mentioned that I need to store the data in a database (preferably Access) but I'd take any example just so I can see how it works. Examples are like a picture being worth a thousand words. Are there any VB examples out there? Thx.

Re: Wanted – a good book with examples of multi language websites
Thanks for the reply. But these examples were written quite a while ago for Net 1.1 and I only started to code in ASP.NET with 2.0. I was hoping to get examples that relate to 2.0 and that are also written in VB.

Wanted – a good book with examples of multi language websites
Can anyone recommend a good book that has code examples of websites that support multiple languages stored in a database?

"Contact Us" - via Form or Email?
Just curious for any opinions regarding a business website. What are the benefits of using a form as opposed to an email for getting information from customers or potential customers?

Re: Menu does not render the same in Safari as it does in IE, FF or Opera
P.S. The source from all 4 browsers appears to me, at least, to be the same regarding the Menu. <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head id="ctl00_Head1"><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" /><meta name="generator" content="Microsoft

Menu does not render the same in Safari as it does in IE, FF or Opera
Has anyone figured out how to get the Menu to render the same in Safari as it does for IE, FF or Opera? I haven’t been able to find any other major rendering concerns in the kit, but the Safari rendering is quite a bit different.
