  Hello All I am trying to use system.net.mail and I am missing a step. When I send the email the System.Net.trace.log looks like the email was sent fine. I can see the email in the mailroot>Queue folder and if I quickly open it up I can see my email if I wait and open it I see an error email, wait a little longer it disappears and I get 3 files in the badmail folder. • add a record to SQL without a postback

  Hello I have a form that an employee fills out. Near the bottom of the form there is a dropdown which is populated from SQL. Once in a while the employee needs to add to the dropdown and may not know this until they are ready to select from the dropdown. I have used a modal and also tried using a CollapsiblePanelExtender to add to the dropdown. My problem is when I click the add button it does a postback, which would be OK but I get to the page using a variable in the url for the placemant on the

• ModalPopup extender

  Hello I have a page where an employee can enter data for a building permit. Closes to the bottom of the page there is a dropdown control for ‘Type of Improvement’. Occasionally a new Improvement Type needs to be entered. What I would like to do is use something like the ModalPopup extender control to add the new Improvement Type to the sql db and refresh the dropdown. I think this is possible I just can’t figure out how to do it. I think I have come close but all the help I find on google use something

  Your page is very nice. Personally I would rather see the thumbnails without requiring a mouseover.
