  Iv been using Ultima for about 8 months now, and I am really impressed with them, thier servers are lightning fast, and thier tech support is even faster - I dont know of any other company fixing things at 4am on a Sunday morning! I strongly recommend them! Monty

  After numerous problems with Webhost4Life (Stuff like not being able to set write permissions on my folders without getting them to do it, and waiting 45 seconds for my CS2.0 site to appear) kinda made me leave them and find another webhost. After some searching on here, I found a few webhosts and I popped off an email to the other 2 hosts excluding Ultima Hosts (From what I saw, they had great reviews, but I thuoght id give the others a chance to respond). 24 hours later, none of them had responded

  I for one have had no problem with UltimaHosts, even during this period when the panel went down (My site didnt actually go down, and I still had FTP access to continue updating it). Any issues I had I emailed Mark, and he dealt with them very professionally and very quickly, even at obscene hours in the morning! And a side note - Disaster recovery that kicks in after 24 hours is pretty much amazing. My employer runs quite a few large sites that are well known in the UK, and, well our DR procedures

  After having problems with my current (or I should say Ex) webhost, iv signed up to (after being convinced by this thread) Ultima hosts about 5 minutes ago, and sofar, I am really impressed with them.
