How to prevent a authenticated usre to access xml file in a secured app environment?
A secured web app that only allow authenciated user to access. I have a XML file that contains many environment configuration variables in a sub folder. This file will be read when Application_Start to setup the app variables. I did a test that after a user login, the user can type the xml file name directly and be able to load the xml file to see the content. So my question is how to prevent this happens? Should I add a entry in the web.config? Thanks in advance.
