• cant create asp.net 1.1 web project on localhost

  I cant get asp.net 1.1 working on my localhost. I am using XP PRO sp 2 and IIS5.1 Installation order was IIS, then VS.NET 2003, i have also tried IIS, .NET SDK 1.1 and then .NET 2003 I created a simple helloworld.aspx file and ran it on the localhost and ie just hangs after the windows bonk (beep). ran the same file on a windows 2003 server, and a SBS server and both worked fine, i have tried aspnet_regiis -i regsvr32 aspnet_isapi.dll iisreset and still no joy. I have spent weeks on and off trying
