  Hi there again! I'm glad your asking, because you're not quite right. Your wright about the documented syntax being: <plansXmlString><plans><planName>WebBasic</planName></plans></plansXmlString> But when you use this line, you get the error's I mentioned earlier. In other words, you'll have to use exactly this line to get things to work: <plansXmlString>&ltplans&gt&ltplanName&gtWebBasic&lt/planName&gt&lt/plans&gt</plansXmlString>

  Hi there!! First of all thank you for your help!! Second... I SOLVED IT!! Darn, am I glad to have finaly solved this issue so we can go on whit our project over here... The problem was in fact in the syntax of the XmlString (as I expected). The way to format the XmlStings in the different XML requests is like below: <plansXmlString>&lt;plans&gt;&lt;planName&gt;WebBasic&lt;/planName&gt;&lt;/plans&gt;</plansXmlString> Don't ask me way they chose this format
