Betreft: Re: Betreft: Re: Betreft: Re: Betreft: Re: SOAP XML error when using webservices to make a request to MPS
Hi there again! I'm glad your asking, because you're not quite right. Your wright about the documented syntax being: <plansXmlString><plans><planName>WebBasic</planName></plans></plansXmlString> But when you use this line, you get the error's I mentioned earlier. In other words, you'll have to use exactly this line to get things to work: <plansXmlString><plans><planName>WebBasic</planName></plans></plansXmlString>

Hi there!! First of all thank you for your help!! Second... I SOLVED IT!! Darn, am I glad to have finaly solved this issue so we can go on whit our project over here... The problem was in fact in the syntax of the XmlString (as I expected). The way to format the XmlStings in the different XML requests is like below: <plansXmlString><plans><planName>WebBasic</planName></plans></plansXmlString> Don't ask me way they chose this format

Hi there again... Unfortunaly the string doesn't work. The error I get is this one: <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"> <soap:Body> <soap:Fault> <faultcode>soap:Client</faultcode> <faultstring>Server was unable to read request. --> There is an error in XML document (7, 31). --> 'Element' is an invalid node type. Betreft: Re: SOAP XML error when using webservices to make a request to MPS
Hi Mike, First let me thank you for responding to my post!! We tested everything localy with provtest. While doing so we experienced no problems what so ever. But when we went on building a custom webinterface to make requests to the MPS Web Service (in order to get the requests to the MPS engine), we came upon an error while creating the proper SOAP messages. The problem seems to be the way we specify the different ...XMLStrings in the SOAP message. When we leave the propertyXMLString emty (when

PLEASE HELP ME FIND A SOLUTION!!! => Change default path when using MPS to provision shared webhosting
Dear everyone... When provisioning a website on a shared webhosting server, the path to the content directory is always %customername%\web\content Is there a way to change this default path? We provide our customers with both Linux and Windows webhosting and more then once it happens that a customer want's to move his or her site for one to the other. Therefor we have all our webdata on a shared medium were both platfroms can connect to. So when a customer want's to change there hosting, we only
