I am working on a Quiz Website. And the quiz will end at some specific time. I want to ask. How can I make the timer for that asp.net web application. Any ideas.

I was not able to convey me question to you. Sorry for that. But I really appriciate your replies for resolving the issue. Basically I am working on Prayer Timings Software in which we can get the 5 Prayer Timings of the day. These 5 Prayer Timings are shown in 24 Hours format. And it is well understand by majority of people. But for Pakistan and some other countries users do not understand this format well. And want to display the Timings with AM or PM in 12 Hours Format. If I ask what time is currently on your clock. for example: either you say (12 am) or 24. If you say (12 am) and I want it as 24. Then is there any method which can done it easily. or I have to built a custom one. hope you will get the point.

For Example: 12:00:00 ------> 12:00:00 P.M. 24:00:00 ------> 12:00:00 A.M. In normal conditions We have the values in 24 Hours Format. But I want to change it to A.M. Or P.M.

Ok. I know that formla but I was asking. Is there any built in method? Next what about my second question. That how can I convert 24 hours clock time to 12 hours (AM And PM) time.

Change Double To Time
I am working on some mathematical project. And I have got a Double figure. And want to conver it to time. For Example 5.084722222 = 5 Hours 5 Miutes 5 Seconds(shoulde be in round) Is there any formula which conver that double figure in this order. And second thing is there any formula which convert 24 hours time to 12 hours (AM, PM) Time or reverse.

I think I don't describe the issue correctly because you are going in some other direction. I want to use AppSettings Key Value Modifiable. But when I modify it. It is preserved for some time but after some interval changes back to old first value. But I want when I modifiy it then it will not change back to another value till I do it by coding.

Edit Key Value In AppSettings
I have a key value in AppSettings. I want to edit its value permanently. But currently when I update it. It is updated for some times. And after some period. Its change back to old value.
